What you’ll do:
·
Greet residents, visitors, and the general
public.
·
Receive and redirect external calls, respond to
resident inquiries, and provide assistance as required.
·
Operate and maintain all office equipment.
·
Handle general administrative duties such as
typing documents, sorting mail, and photocopying.
· Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
What you bring:
·
Experience working in an office environment.
·
Valid G drivers license. (Required for Valet
Parking services)
·
Proficiency with MS Office.
·
The ability to work independently without
direct supervision and in a team environment.
The flexibility to work shifts at various times of day
including weekends
