Meet Our Next Customer Care Representative
Tridel is looking for a Customer Care
Representative (the “Representative”) to join our Customer Care team.
The Representative will be responsible for all front-line interaction with our
growing customer base providing frontline information services for Tridel and
the Tridel Group of Companies. A significant responsibility of the
Representative is to keep purchasers well informed on everything relating to
their new home including financial obligations, warranty and maintenance procedures
or the legal components of home ownership. This role will also provide
administrative assistance for the Brand Experience and Customer Care team,
which will include coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and
presentations.
This role reports directly to the
Quality Assurance, Warranty Manager, Customer Care.
The main responsibilities of our
Customer Care Representative will include:

Verbal and written responses to all
incoming contact through the C3 Centre;
·
Advocacy of customer concerns, tracking
and escalating issues as required;
·
Screening and routing calls and
customer issues based on the scope of each concern;
·
Evening and weekend monitoring of
emails to ensure our 24-hour response commitment to Customers is met;
·
Managing homeowner requests by ensuring
appropriate service-oriented verbal, written and electronic communications with
detailed follow-up to customers, trades and internal departments;

Tracking and participation in response
to all legal correspondence sent to the Customer Care department;
·
Processing acceleration and extension
requests; and
·
Liaise with afterhours call centre to
coordinate service coverage.

Our Customer Care Representative is an
individual who has outstanding customer service skills, focusing on
anticipating the needs of customers and proactively addressing issues before
they become concerns. Our Customer Care Representative thrives in a
fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, is out-going and has strong oral and
written communication abilities.

Strong knowledge of the construction process
(high-rise experience) is an asset
·
Post-secondary education specific to
the role is preferred but not mandatory.
·
Strong organizational, administrative,
and quality management skills.’
·
Comfort with adapting to a wide range
of computer & mobile technologies.
