CULINARY SERVICES MANAGER

Location: North York, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time


Required Skills & Experience:

You have minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a variety of dining environments.  You possess valid Food Handling Certification.  You are a dynamic, customer-focused self-starter with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Previous experience in fine dining is an asset.


Qualifications:

Red Seal Chef Certification

Minimum three years’ experience in a Culinary Management position

5 Star dining program(s)

Experience in directing and supervising team member

Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality setting

Good communication skills in English.


Your availability for work must be flexible to accommodate shift-work as well as weekends.
