About DelSuites
DelSuites, a division of Tridel, is the largest and most highly recognized
corporate housing provider in the Greater Toronto Area.
We manage extended stay
furnished condominium suites as a hotel-alternative in residential buildings
across the GTA.
What You Will Do:
As a Guest Services Specialist, reporting
to the Guest Services Manager, you are responsible for providing a high level
of personalized service to guests through each stage of their stay.
This includes tasks such as
contacting guests prior to arrival to ensure the arrival process goes smoothly
and to coordinate any special requirements. Welcoming guests after arrival and
assisting with in-suite orientations, handling requests and inquiries,
explaining the services and amenities, and providing information about the
local area.
The Guest Services Team works closely with the Housekeeping Team to ensure the
cleanliness and condition of the suites are maintained to DelSuites standards
and ensuring that guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their stay. In
addition, you will coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping,
Maintenance and Sales to ensure that guest needs are met in a timely and
efficient manner.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum
of 4 years of experience working in Luxury/Premium Brand hotels in Guest
Services.

Passionate
about service excellence.
·
Have
a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
·
Possess
a detail-oriented and professional attitude.
·
You
are also resourceful, motivated, take initiative and follow all safety policies
and procedures.
