Meet Our PDI Specialist
We are looking for a Pre-Delivery
Inspection Specialist (the “PDI Specialist”) to join our Customer Care
team. The PDI Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-suite & common
area inspections prior to Homeowner’s orientation. The PDI Specialist will
ensure accuracy of installation of suite finishes and execution of all
upgrades.
This role reports directly to the
Manager, Quality Assurance, Customer Care and will also work closely with
teammates within Customer Care, Construction & Property Management.
The main responsibilities of our PDI
Specialist will include:

Working with the Customer Care Team in
equipping the site Customer Care Office with tools required to conduct accurate
inspections such as finalized architectural and electrical floor plans, suite
standard features and finishes list.

Cataloguing and gaining a
familiarization with all standard selections and finishes, inspecting all
suites for accuracy of finished installation and reports all discrepancies to
on-site construction.

Working with approved Purchase
Agreements & inspecting all suites for accuracy of completion. Reports all
discrepancies to on site Customer Care & Construction teams.
·
Conduct in-suite & common element
inspections prior to Homeowner’s orientation and occupancy, ensuring accuracy
of finishes and any upgrade options. Inspections to be carried out throughout
the entire project. Making note of warranty issues in coordination with the
Customer Care Team Lead. Reporting discrepancies to Construction in a timely
manner.

Prior to the Homeowners orientation,
supporting in the confirmation of completion for discrepancies reported to
Construction.

Will have a complete and comprehensive
knowledge of the Home Orientation process including but not exclusive to the
suite’s mechanical functions, explanation of operations, and warranty periods
and care requirements.

Possessing complete knowledge of the
Homeowners expectations while conducting inspections accordingly
·
Prepare the suite for closing by
supporting teammates in confirming readiness, providing green gifts & suite
packages.
