The Blueprint 
 
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for our visitors, investors, vendors, and purchasers. They are responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring the reception area remains inviting and organized. 
 
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities 

  • ·        Maintain reception and switchboard coverage from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, operating the switchboard and managing authorized entry to the premises. 

    ·        Coordinating couriers, sort incoming mail and print, stamp, and prepare outgoing mail.

  • ·        Manage mailroom duties, including managing the incoming and outgoing mail. 

    ·       Provide support to the Project Bookkeeping department, including sorting, coding, and scanning invoicing as assigned. 

  • ·       Acting as a Muster Point Attendant.

          ·        Coordinating couriers, sort incoming mail and print, stamp, and prepare outgoing mail.

The Architect of Your Success 


  • ·        Minimum 1-2 years of experience providing high-quality reception or administrative duties. 

  • ·        Professional appearance, reliable and punctual.  

    • ·       Friendly disposition with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) 

    • ·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 

    • ·       Hands-on experience working with office equipment. 

    • ·       Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. 

    • ·       Outstanding organizational and time management skills 

    • ·       Ability to work independently.
