This year’s Summer Safety Jam was organized in partnership with TCHC, the Daniels Corporation and Toronto Police and local organizations at the Big Park in Regent Park. Staff from Toronto Council Fire Native Cultural Centre opened the event with a performance by the Red Bear Singers. The event also featured live performance, a community barbeque, ice cream, popcorn, fun activities for kids including a bouncy castle and soccer demo and a bazaar featuring local vendors from the community.
